A cosmetic tube has to do two jobs. Practically: protect the formulation, dispense it cleanly, survive shipping, and run smoothly on your filling line. Emotionally: communicate the brand the moment a customer picks it up. Aaywon's cosmetic tube program is built around both.

Cosmetic applications we package
- Face creams & moisturisers — day creams, night creams, anti-aging, brightening. Typically 30–50ml in 25–30mm diameter tubes with premium finishes.
- Body lotions & body butters — 100–250ml tubes in 35–50mm diameters. PBL is increasingly the default for sustainability-positioned ranges.
- Sunscreens — SPF formulations need oxygen and UV barrier. ABL or high-barrier PBL with UV-blocking pigment in the outer film.
- Serums & treatments — small-format 15–30ml tubes, often with precision nozzle closures for measured dosing.
- Hand creams — travel-friendly 30–75ml formats with flip-top closures.
- Foot creams, eye creams, neck creams — speciality formats with diameters and closures tuned to category norms.
- Hair masks, leave-ins, styling creams — larger formats (50–200ml) in haircare-friendly finishes.
- Men's grooming — face washes, post-shave balms, beard creams in modern matte finishes.
Decoration: where brands live
The tube decoration is the brand. We offer up to 8-colour offset printing with photographic-quality resolution, hot-foil stamping in gold, silver, copper and custom holographic foils, silk-screen for raised tactile effects, and matte/gloss/soft-touch finishes across the full tube surface. Combine techniques freely — a matte body with hot-foil logo and silk-screen accent is a single production run.
Sustainability — PBL and the recyclability story
Sustainability is now a brand requirement, not a brand differentiator. PBL (Plastic Barrier Laminate) replaces ABL's aluminium foil with an EVOH polymer barrier, producing a mono-material polyolefin tube that's compatible with HDPE recycling streams. That gives cosmetic brands a credible recyclability claim without compromising barrier performance.
We also offer PCR (post-consumer recycled) content in the outer films and EcoTube constructions with reduced material thickness. If your sustainability brief needs specific claims — recyclable, PCR content, carbon footprint reductions — share it; we'll spec a construction that lets you make those claims defensibly.
Closures and dispensing
- Flip-top caps — the cosmetic standard. Available in matte, gloss and metallised finishes.
- Screw caps — for thicker formulations or premium positioning. Custom logos and shapes available.
- Octa-tip nozzles — precision dispensing for serums and active treatments.
- Disc-top caps — fast one-handed dispensing, common in masstige skincare.
- Brush applicators — for treatments that benefit from controlled application.
- Pump caps — pump-on-tube for premium serum and treatment positioning.
