Production Process

Six stages, one continuous, fully automated line.

Lamination & Slitting

Multilayer laminate stock — ABL or PBL — is slit and prepared to the exact width required for each tube specification.

Side Seaming

High-frequency side-seaming forms the laminate into a precise cylindrical sleeve, ready for header injection.

Header Injection

Compression-moulded shoulders bond seamlessly to the sleeve, defining the orifice and thread profile.

Printing & Decoration

8-colour flexo printing with optional hot-foil stamping and lacquer finishes brings the brand to life.

Capping & Closure

Caps are applied and torqued in-line, with options for standard, flip-top and long-nozzle variants.

Inspection & Pack

Every batch passes dimensional, visual and barrier checks before being packed for dispatch.
